How can I get access to my submitted ticket list?

With Zendesk, if you create a support account, and login to submit your tickets, you gain access to your tickets.

To be able to get the list of all your submitted tickets, please log on to https://optimizepress.zendesk.com/access/unauthenticated and then follow steps below:

1. Use the 'Forgot Password' link to be able to know your credentials. Or, please see screenshot link below as a guide:

Please note to request a new password for zendesk, do not use your OptimizePress password as this is a separate system.

2. Once logged in, you should be redirected here, https://optimizepress.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

3. Then go to this link, https://optimizepress.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests where you should be able to see all your submitted tickets.
