What is the VAT / Tax fee I have been charged?

If you're located in the UK or EU, you will be charged VAT (Value added Tax) on your purchases at This is a sales tax that we are required to charge to any UK and EU buyers

If you are in the EU and have a valid TAX/VAT ID - you can enter this at checkout to have the Tax removed through the reverse charge rules for EU Taxation.

If you have purchased and did not include your Tax ID please send us an email (use the link below) and we can remove the VAT from your invoice (provided it's within the first 60 days from purchase) and provide a refund

If you are purchasing from outside the EU or UK, please ensure you have selected your country correctly at the top of the checkout form to ensure you are not charged VAT or Tax.
