You are not eligible for new updates Message

If you receive a message at the top of your admin dashboard saying:

You are not eligible for new updates. You can prolong your subscription or disable this notification.

Anyone that has just purchased can ignore this message - you can disable the notification and once you update to 2.2.3 or above it will not show up again until your support & updates subscription has expired.

OptimizePress includes 1 year of support and updates - after this time you will see a notification such as this. But we recently made some changes to this notification which meant a few people who should not have seen it, did so.

For anyone who purchased during our launch last year, the updates period will start from 1st September so after this time you will need to purchase a support upgrade if you have had the software more than 12 months
