I have upgraded my account but my new licenses are not showing

If you have recently purchased an upgrade for your account - either for a package upgrade or to add the Club to your account - you may need to logout and login to the members area again to see the update.

If you still do not see the update has taken effect, it's most likely that you provided a different email address to your OptimizePress account email when you purchased the upgrade

This will simply mean that a duplicate customer record will have been created with your new access information, but this is not linked with your main access details so you don't see the upgrade in your account.

To resolve this issue, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to merge your accounts to update your access privileges.
