How to Use or Hide The OptimizePress Author Box

In OptimizePress 2.5 we have a new feature which adds an Author Box below your blog post which can be used to provide a short bio of the post author.

To edit what shows in this section, just go to your WordPress Dashboard and click "Users > Your Profile" and after your profile edit page loads, scroll down till you see a section like this:

You can use this box to put in a short Author Bio to show within the Author Box at the bottom of your posts.

If you prefer to hide the Author box so you can use a different plugin to add one, then simply add the following CSS code under "OptimizePress > Blog Settings > Modules > Other Scripts > custom css"

.op-author-info {
display: none;

If you would like to style your Author Box see our custom CSS code on the OptimizePress 2.5 update.
